As we do this work, we build and strengthen new neural pathways in our brains- so we “retrain” our brains to think and respond differently to situations we encounter.

We explore core beliefs that have been running the show from the background. We find new, more helpful, constructive, and realistic ways of viewing ourselves and the world around us.

Our perspectives drive our lives. If we change how we think, our feelings and behaviors change too.

As we practice these skills, we reinforce healthier, more adaptive views that support growth and positive change. This transforms the reality we are living in to a more pleasant way of life.
